Strategic Plan, 2008
The first and the larger of these two publications was both a reporting to the community from the staff of their activities and also proving that they had been listening to what the community had been telling them. Packed full of cultural references and strategies, it also served to inspire the residents and staff to work toward a healthier and more fully functioning community.
The second book was intended specifically for the staff. It gets down to the business of setting a time line, with specific goals along the way. Because these goals are ever changing at Little Earth, and the management values staff input, I designed this document with ample room for notes that can be incorporated into the plan.
The strategic plan was designed at DesignWorks with Sandra Chui, Alex Roche, Aimee Gautier, Pam Arnold and Kelly English. I designed the companion piece from Berlin.
